The owner seemed to not care to sell food saying she "only sells seafood, shrimp and fish and ceviche" both times I tried to dine there. I am familiar with rustic dining as well but this place caused some cleanliness concerns.

Doña Martha serves equal amounts of loving hospitality and fresh fish or ceviche, and had us feeling like beloved family members by the end of dinner. We returned the next morning for an early breakfast of shark and cheese empanadas. And her grandson (Martha, what is his name?) gave us big hugs goodbye.
