First of all the food was all fresh and the ceviche fresh and raw perfectly mixed sea snail, fish, sweet local pinkish shrimps blended with a pico de gallo sort of sauce. The shrimp cocktail was plain but was made up for in the huge number of again, the sweet local shrimps. This combined probably with the best piece of Mero - Grouper I’ve eaten in awhile. Think a piece of fried cod but way better !
