Si no tienen un producto deben informar antes de cobrar, y no asumir que el cliente aceptará ese cambio de producto ahí mismo. Es decir si pides el paquete que contiene repollo con zanahoria y no el que contiene sopa, es obvio que lo que quieres comer fue lo que pediste en el paquete, y te dan sopa porque no tenían el otro producto. Si informan desde el inicio uno decide si compra ese otro producto, o si va a otro negocio. Así de simple. Si quieres comprar otro paquete de tortillas no deberían cuestionarte, por eso lo ofrecen ahí y dice cuanto cuesta, sabes que vas a pagar un extra por ello.
