George and is partners bleed and ice their catch at-sea, which are available daily with clear eyes and bright gills. Very good prices, which local as well as out-of-area restaurants clamor for. Show up mid-day to early afternoon for the best selection. My favorite is the Jurol (Yellowtail), which grills excellently!
