★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute best quality and value you’ll get in The market! Miguel Ángel, their main fishmonger (pictured) is every bit his name— an angel of a guy!
The dorado is amazing, grilled or pan fried in butter / garlic. I’ve even eaten it as sashimi and ceviche (pictured) — it’s that fresh and d’lish if you know what ur doing. The Huachinango is also a great. And of course, the shrimp, oh the shrimp mmmmm.
Miguel will cut you thin fillets if you ask, or you can get the fish as is.
The human intestine strikes again!
