El tiempo de espera es un poco largo, pero vale la pena ya que lo preparan al momento y el pescado es del día yo mismo he visto como los traen vivos al pasar temprano por el lugar.
Por el pescado asado no puedo hablar no lo e probado.
La salsa es buena y el chile patea fuerte para los que les gusta el picante.
