La calificación es porque el precio está muy por encima de lo que ofrecen: precio muy elevado para la cantidad servida en el platillo. Por ejemplo, los "camarones al coco loco" están muy escuetos.
Lo peor es que te cobran el 4% más en la cuenta si pagas con tarjeta de crédito. El uso de terminal que los bancos cobran a los establecimientos, prácticamente te lo quieren cargar a ti.
The treatment of staff is excellent.
The rating is because the price is well above what they offer: very high price for the amount served on the plate. For example, the "crazy coconut shrimp" are very lean.
The worst thing is that they charge you 4% more on the account if you pay with a credit card. The use of the terminal that banks charge to establishments, practically they want to charge you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it here. Very friendly helpful staff who didn't laugh at me when I ordered a 'michelada' and tried to drink it sans beer. The manager talked to me in English and I felt very welcome. Food and drinks are good, and everything is great value for the area.
I would consider turning the music down a little as it's hard to hear yourself think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just landed and wanted a drink with some food. Server said kitchen close we said it’s only 6pm. Anyways we order a drink it was okay. They told us they serve breakfast. So 2 days later we said they try there breakfast. We go there around 8:30ish-9am there wasn’t anyone waiting. We place an order they said we don’t have that. Oooookayyy we pick something else from the menu they didn’t have that either.
So we said what about this yes we have it. The food came out COLD the only thing warm was the eggs. We ask why it COLD that’s how it’s supposed to be. I said Nope anyways. We try to enjoy the best we could. They didn’t even have straw!
The server was on her phone the entire time. Gave us check charges us 100 peso for server. ??♀️
Later that day my husband got really sick it was definitely the food, he couldn’t eat anything else after that breakfast.
I don’t recommend this place!
