★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal muy mal capacitado , el Cheff no es Cheff no sabe de mariscos , mala atención , pedí un ceviche y me sirvieron un plato de lechuga romana con cuatro camarones y pedazos de pescado , eso es un ceviche??? Consulten recetas de alguien que si sepa , su negoció destinado al cierre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas las pondría. Que pésimo lugar. Que lástima que tenga que quejarme por este medio de la pésima experiencia que pasamos en ese lugar. Fuimos el viernes pasado 3 personas a comer, entramos al restaurante y pasamos por un lado de la cocina, muy amable nos dio la bienvenida un cocinero gordito, pasamos a la parte de arriba, la música agradable, el lugar cómodo. Nos sentamos y nos dijimos entre nosotros que seguro comeriamos riquísimo. En el lugar había como más de 25 personas. Para no hacer más largo esto, pedimos 3 bebidas y nuestros platillos, estuvimos sin exagerar más de 45 minutos sentados esperando que nuestros platillos llegarán, para esto una mesa de 6 personas reclamo sus platillos que jamas llegaron, mejor se pararon y se fueron. Después de muchísimo tiempo un mesero muy amable nos dijo que mejor no nos iba a engañar que la cocina no sacaba ni un platillo, que pagaramos las bebidas y que mejor nos fuéramos o esperábamos quien sabe cuanto tiempo más. Y en verdad que en más de 45 minutos no vimos un solo platillo llegar a una mesa.
Obvio nos fuimos, decepcionados de haber ido a perder nuestro tiempo. Dos cocineros y no pueden sacar un solo platillo en 45 minutos. Trabajo en la industria restaurantera y se lo que es el servicio y ser cocinera. Conozco el ambiente gastronomico. El que sea dueño de ese restaurante debe poner especial atención por que al menos en ese poquito tiempo mínimo se le fueron unos 2 mil 500 pesos entre las mesas que se fueron. Y solo porque sus cocineros son unos incompetentes que no saben manejar la presión de un día con bastante gente.
Obvio no regresaremos, que lástima porque tienen un muy buen lugar, buen ambiente y buena carta, pero pésimo personal en cocina.
If I could put 0 stars I would put them. What a lousy place. What a pity that I have to complain in this way about the terrible experience we had in that place. We went last Friday 3 people to eat, we entered the restaurant and passed by one side of the kitchen, a chubby cook welcomed us very kindly, we went to the top, the pleasant music, the comfortable place. We sat down and told each other that we would surely eat delicious. In the place there were like more than 25 people. In order not to make this longer, we ordered 3 drinks and our dishes, we sat without exaggerating more than 45 minutes waiting for our dishes to arrive, for this a table of 6 people claimed their dishes that never arrived, they better stopped and left. After a long time a very friendly waiter told us that he was not going to fool us that the kitchen did not take out a single dish, that we should pay for the drinks and that we better leave or wait who knows how much longer. And in truth that in more than 45 minutes we did not see a single dish reach a table.
Obviously we left, disappointed that we had gone to waste our time. Two cooks and they can't get a single dish out in 45 minutes. I work in the restaurant industry and I know what service is and being a cook. I know the gastronomic environment. Whoever owns that restaurant should pay special attention because at least in that little minimum time he lost about 2,500 pesos between the tables that left. And only because their cooks are incompetent who can't handle the pressure of a day with enough people.
Obviously we will not return, what a pity because they have a very good place, a good atmosphere and a good menu, but terrible staff in the kitchen.
