Puntos a favor:
•Autopista: Se encuentra en excelente estado, además me impresionó que actualmente colocaran un alambrado antideslumbrante en la barrera central. He notado que este libramiento de Plan del Río como la autopista Veracruz-Cardel están mejores condiciones que las vías de cuota que administra CAPUFE en la entidad veracruzana.
• Tiempo: En este camino de cuota se ahorra bastante tiempo en comparación de que si se circulara por la carretera federal que atraviesa la población de Plan del Río.
• Trato del personal: Depende del cobrador que se encuentre en turno.
• Diseño: La autopista está bien planeada, incluyendo rampas de emergencia.
Puntos en contra:
• Tramo que cubre el peaje: Solo abarca 12 km, con lo cual, es un poco caro transitar por esta vía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes prisa por llegar esta bien pagar la caseta de peaje. Pero si tienes tiempo es mejor transitar por la carretera sin cuota (libre) ya que pasas localidades donde se pueden compras flores, artesanías, alimentos o bebidas.
If you are in a hurry to get there, it is fine to pay the toll booth. But if you have time, it is better to travel along the highway without toll (free) since you pass towns where you can buy flowers, handicrafts, food or drinks.
