Estoy sumamente agradecida con Melissa, Laura y con todo su equipo. El servicio que me brindaron fue de de excelencia, proporcionaron respuestas concretas de una forma ágil y oportuna. Estuve revisando el proceso traslado de mascotas a mi destino y entendí que es sumamente complejo pero ellos lograron que un proceso tan angustiante fuera muy sencillo para mí. Durante el traslado de mis gatitos me mantuvieron la tanto de principio al fin e incluso me mandaron fotos y un video. Estoy muy feliz y muy muy agradecida por toda su ayuda. Una de mis principales preocupaciones al mudarme de la CDMX a Buenos Aires era transportar a mi Chow chow. Tuve que esperar un poco a que me respondieran la solicitud de información inicial por que estaban de vacaciones, pero una vez que David me contactó el trato fue super amable y atento. Atendieron todas mis preocupaciones y me orientaron sobre todas las etapas del proceso. Se preocuparon de conocer a Pancha antes del vuelo y nos mantuvieron informados de cada etapa, desde que pasaron a recogerla en México hasta que la entregaron en su nuevo hogar en Argentina. El equipo de Pet Air Mexico es lo MEJOR! Mis 4 perros y 1 gato viajaron de Mexico a UK y de regreso y cada vez tuvieron el mejor y más rápido servicio. Siempre en contacto, fotos, vídeos. Mis nenes siempre estuvieron bien cuidados y llegaron a casa sanos y contentos. Siempre siempre usaría el servicio de Pet Air Mexico cerrada de ojos si necesitara volver a viajar con ellos. I had a poor experience working with Gema. Gema explicitly told me multiple times a date that my dog could travel from Mexico City to Chicago without mentioning that that date could change. I made an extensive multi-week move plan based around the specific date of travel for my dog. A few weeks before the scheduled travel date, Gema told me that the date would actually need to be different. I lost a few thousand dollars having to change my travel plans and suffered a lot of stress because I waited until a few weeks before the move to book the travel with Pet Air Mexico because they told me that they can only make the reservation a few weeks beforehand. This made me lose confidence in Pet Air Mexico and I found an alternative travel plan.

Betty and her team helped us get a huge boxer safely back to Europe. We were really hesitant to fly him via cargo but were left with no other options and in the end do not regret our decision at all. Betty was extremely helpful every step of the way. Over 40 emails and 200 whatsapp messages were sent back and forward to inform us of every detail, make sure every letter on the paperwork is correct, and to comfort mom and dad while their pup was on the way. Melissa is a shining star ? we are blown away by the amazing service we received by PetAir. They assisted us during the pandemic to relocate my 3 dogs from Mexico to Canada. It was such a stressful time but Melissa reassured us and sent us photos and videos along the way. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this 5 star service.

I would give 20 stars if I could! Pet Air shipped my two cats to the UK (during a global pandemic!) and were kind, supportive and extremely knowledgeable about how best to get the cats home. Laura and Melissa understood all my concerns, being pet owners themselves, and were so helpful. The most important thing when you're putting your pets into the hands of others is to feel that you can trust them, and I really did with Pet Air Mexico. A fantastic service from a kind, caring and highly professional group of people.

I used the services of Pet Air Mexico for bringing my dog to Europe after months of dealing with other European agency which honestly didn´t give me a lot of clarity on the process. Pet Air Mexico, no doubts, where the ones who did everything so that my dog finally was able to travel from Mexico to Europe. The service that Pet Air Mexico gives is warm and caring. Something that I´m sure all the ones who have a pet concerns about. My dog was so well cared and I was constantly receiving the status of all his process, as well as pictures and videos showing how comfortable my dog was feeling. Any other time that I need to transport a pet, no doubt, I will do it through Pet Air Mexico. Excellent service!
