★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caro el servicio, te marean con venderte "paquetes" para tu mascota. No hay ni dónde estacionarse para bajar a dejar al peludo, la calle es súper estrecha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi perro para una pensión de tres noches con un costo de 340 por noche. Me parece que es un buen lugar pero podría mejorar un poco en temporada invernal, pues al parecer el lugar en donde duermen los perros, no son precisamente los más acogedores. Fuera de ello, me parece que es un buen sitio para dejar a tu perro.
I took my dog for a three night pension with a cost of 340 per night. It seems to me that it is a good place but it could improve a little in winter season, because apparently the place where dogs sleep, they are not exactly the most welcoming. They do not take good care of the dogs, they deliver them with injuries and they do not take responsibility. Not a good place to leave your puppies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA DEJEN A SU PERRO AQUÍ. ME REGRESARON A MI MASCOTA SIN COLMILLO Y MALTRATADO. PÉSIMO. CUIDADO. PÉSIMO. Me regresaron a mi perro SIN COLMILLO, LLENO DE MORDIDAS Y COJEANDO. Dijeron que fue jugando pero está lleno de mordidas. Trae una herida adicional con puntadas y otra que jamás me mencionaron, además de una herida en la pierna, y cojeando. Cuando pedí los videos dejaron de contestar. ME COBRARON EL COSTO DEL VETERINARIO. Fue el veterinario que ellos DECIDIERON Y JAMÁS ME CONSULTARON.
Los demás días no me mandaron video ni foto. Les tenía que llamar diario para preguntar por mi perro y no contestaban.
Entre perros mucho puede pasar, pero lo que NO PUEDE PASAR ES QUE MIENTAN Y NO SE HAGAN RESPONSABLES.
NEVER LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE. THEY RETURNED MY PET TO ME WITHOUT FANGS AND MISTREATED. APPALLING. WATCH OUT. APPALLING. They returned my dog WITHOUT FANG, FULL OF BITES AND WITH A LIMP. They said it was playing but it's full of bites. He has an additional wound with stitches and another that was never mentioned to me, as well as a wound on his leg, and he limps. When I asked for the videos they stopped answering. THEY CHARGED ME THE VETERINARY COST. It was the vet they DECIDED AND THEY NEVER CONSULTED ME.
The other days they did not send me video or photo. I had to call them daily to ask about my dog and they didn't answer.
A lot can happen between dogs, but what CANNOT HAPPEN IS THAT THEY LIE AND DON'T BE RESPONSIBLE.
