★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron muy empaticos con nosotros, pues estábamos pasando por un momento muy difícil, la presentación de la camioneta me dio mucha confianza, la persona que nos atendió por teléfono y el personal que pasó por nuestro perrito fueron super respetuosos, justo lo que buscamos en una situación así, nos ayudaron a darle un final feliz a este momento tan triste.
They were very empathetic with us, because we were going through a very difficult time, the presentation of the truck gave me a lot of confidence, the person who answered us by phone and the staff who picked up our puppy were super respectful, just what we were looking for in a situation like this, they helped us to give a happy ending to this sad moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un servicio "VIP" y relativamente está bien pues al parecer si cremaron mi mascota individualmente. Pero definitivamente quedan a deber en la calidad del video y porque es tan sólo dura unos 10 segundos a lo mucho.
I asked for a "VIP" service and it is relatively fine since apparently they cremated my pet individually. But they definitely have to do with the quality of the video and because it only lasts about 10 seconds at most.

A pesar de estar fuera de horario cuando necesite que vinieran por mi mascota, cuentan con personal de guardia.
Creo que es una excelente opción y confiable si deciden por cremacion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue un tiempo muy difícil para la familia, en especial para mi, cuando perdí a mi Scottie, un fiel amigo por una década. Yo no pude estar ahí en el momento por mi trabajo, pero mis padres sí lo estaban y recibieron un muy buen trato del muchacho quien recogió a mi perrito. Desde que me comuniqué con ellos hasta el final cuando nos lo entregaron fueron muy cordiales, amables y comprensivos. Se tardaron unos días más de lo que esperamos en entregarlo, pero vivimos en una ciudad grande con miles de angelitos en forma de mascotas, y uno también debe entender que ellos no pueden estar en todas partes a la vez. Me gustó mucho el servicio, y el video donde muestra una última vez a mi Scottie con la música y el texto reconfortante fue muy bonito y hasta se humedaron mis ojos. La urna se ve muy bonita, y les agradezco mucho su servicio y su atención.
It was a very difficult time for the family, especially for me, when I lost my Scottie, a faithful friend for a decade. I couldn't be there at the time because of my work, but my parents were and they received a very good treatment from the boy who picked up my puppy. From the moment I contacted them until the end when they delivered it to us they were very cordial, kind and understanding. It took a few days longer than we expected to deliver it, but we live in a big city with thousands of little angels in the form of pets, and one must also understand that they cannot be everywhere at once. I really liked the service, and the video where he shows my Scottie one last time with the music and the comforting text was very beautiful and even my eyes got wet. The urn looks very nice, and I thank you very much for your service and attention.
