★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento de perder a tu mascota (en mi caso fue mi perra labrador de 10 años), no tienes cabeza para nada. Al momento que llamamos buscando algún servicio por facebook, notamos de esta empresa, decidimos no enterrar a nuestra perrita y mejor incinerarla para que regresará por lo menos en cenizas a casa.
Al momento de llamar no tardaron para buscar a nuestra perrita, fueron siempre amables y nos invitaron ir al crematorio.
Por asuntos laborales no pudimos ir, pero nos aseguraron que nos entregarían entre las 8 y 9 PM, fueron puntuales.
Algo que jamás se me va a olvidar, es el detalle de cómo me entregaron en su urna a mi perrita con su nombre, este detalle fue ampliamente satisfactorio porque es algo que no nos esperábamos.

When you lose your pet (in my case it was my 10-year-old Labrador retriever), you have no head at all. When we called looking for a service on Facebook, we noticed about this company, we decided not to bury our dog and better to incinerate her so that she will at least return home in ashes.
At the time of calling they did not take long to look for our dog, they were always friendly and invited us to go to the crematorium.
Due to labor issues we could not go, but they assured us that they would deliver us between 8 and 9 PM, they were punctual.
Something that I will never forget, is the detail of how they gave me my dog with her name in her urn, this detail was widely satisfactory because it is something that we did not expect.
