R	Rous Marian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención Dr incompetente, hace tiempo lleve a mi perrito puddle por una lastimada en su cabeza para que lo curaran y no entiendo porque anestesiarlo cuando me lo entregaron en el camino se me murió, cuando regrese desesperada no les importo solo me dijeron que mi perrito no había aguantado la anestesia, jamás volví a ese lugar, tengan cuidado no son nada profesionales Bad attention Dr incompetent, long ago I took my puppy puddle for a hurt in his head to be healed and I do not understand why anesthetize him when I was delivered on the road he died, when I return desperately they do not care I just told my puppy I had not put up with the anesthesia, I never went back to that place, be careful they are not professionals

E	Ernesto Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos nuestra perrita por un corte, después vimos que la habían lastimado y tenía la pancita cortada, pasó unos meses y la volvimos a llevar le comentamos a las trabajadores que les encargabamos que tuvieran cuidado puesto que la habían lastimado un poco en la visita anterior, y la volvieron a lastimar no dejaba de rascarse desesperadamente y sangraba y se le hicieron unas costras enormes. No lleven a sus mascotas a este lugar. We took our dog for a cut, then we saw that they had hurt her and her tummy was cut, she spent a few months and we took her back to the workers we told her to take care of since they had hurt her a bit in the previous visit, and they hurt her again, she kept scratching desperately and she was bleeding and she had enormous scabs. Do not take your pets to this place.
a	arman zam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a dos perrita a rapar y pude notar que el chico que hace ese trabajo es algo tosco con los perritos, lo se por que cuando fui a recogerlas pude verlo trabajar y de plano la recepcionista tuvo que ir con el para indicarle que fuera menos brusco y en esa misma noche las dos perritas estaban desesperadas rascandose continuamente. Fui a preguntar cual era la razón y me pidieron que las llevara, así lo hice y no me dieron alguna explicación lo único que hicieron fue recomendarme un medicamento untado el cual me cobraron (accedi a a pagarlo por que sentia fue ver como se rascaban y ya para entonces se estaban lastimando). Ello te dan la enfermedad y el remedio. I took two dogs to shave and I could see that the boy who does that job is somewhat rough with the dogs, I know because when I went to pick them up I could see him work and the receptionist had to go with him to tell him to be less abrupt and on that same night the two dogs were desperately scratching each other. I went to ask what the reason was and they asked me to take them, so I did and they did not give me any explanation.The only thing they did was recommend a smeared medicine which they charged me (I agreed to pay it because I felt it was to see how they scratched and already by then they were hurting). This gives you the disease and the remedy.

Pobre de mi gato cuando fui por el no me había percatado de que tenía algo hasta que llegue a casa y lo saque de su jaula me di cuenta que le cortaron las uñas sus patitas estaban sangrando ( el Personal de este lugar no está nada entrenado para este servicio ) Cuando marque para quejarme solo me dijeron una disculpa traiga a su gato para curarlo obviamente no lo Lleve. A	Alejandra Berzunza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saque cita para baño y corte de mis perros, sin embargo cuando llegue habia otros 3 perritos en espera, cuando pregunté el muchacho nada amable me dijo que cita no significaba que respetaran mi horario, que era segun iban llegando, a lo cual le conteste que en cualquier lugar cuando uno saca cita significa que respetan el horario establecido pero esto no fue asi, incluso llego la dra. Ni una disculpa ni una explicacion, es una lastima que por gente tan grosera e incompetente truenen estos negocios CERO RECOMENDABLE para alguien que cuida y quiere a sus mascotas I made an appointment to bathe and cut my dogs, however when I arrived there were 3 other dogs waiting, when I asked the unkind boy he told me that the appointment did not mean that they respected my schedule, which was as they were arriving, to which I answered that Anywhere when you make an appointment it means that they respect the established schedule but this was not the case, even the dr. Neither an apology nor an explanation, it is a shame that because of such rude and incompetent people these businesses break up ZERO RECOMMENDED for someone who cares and loves their pets
