Todo iba supuestamente bien hasta que uno de los dos regresó cogeando, le lastimaron la pata y dijeron que no le había pasado nada cuando ellos lo tenian. Terrible service, take my 2 dogs to cut their hair and bathe. Everything was supposed to be fine until one of the two came back, caught his leg and said that nothing had happened when they had it.

Y	Yiri Vazquez Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, al menos en la sucursal de aviación ya que es a la que acudo y hablo al menos sobre mi experiencia. hace tiempo estaban otras personas que atendían súper bien pero ahora cambiaron al personal y el servicio se volvió pésimo. el día de ayer mi perrita (Cuquie) tenía cita para estetica y la tenía a las 10 am por un inconveniente que tuve no pude acudir a esa hora pero a las 10:30 pregunté si aún podía llevarla y si era posible que me la atendieran a lo cual respondieron que si, a las 11 de la mañana me encontraba ahí ya con la perrita y solo me dijeron que me avisarían para cuando estuviera, a las 4pm de me hizo raro que aún no me avisarán y pregunté que si ya estaba a lo cual me dijeron que aún no, decidí esperarme más tiempo y a las 5:30 acudí a la sucursal por mi perrita, ya que habían pasado ya 6 hrs y 1/2 y estaba sin comer la perrita y les dije que me la entregarán como estuviera. cuando sacaron a la perrita estaba igual que como la había llevado y si me moleste, por qué no es posible que en tanto tiempo no le hubieran hecho nada, pedí hablar con la encargada (Cynthia) y su solución fue que la llevara el día de hoy a las 9:30am y que es servicio sería gratuito. pero decidí no acudir ya que no quiero que se le tomen represalias a mi perrita o que vuelvan a tener un mal desempeño. PERO DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO QUE ACUDAN AHI. Terrible service, at least in the aviation branch since it is the one I go to and I speak at least about my experience. When they took the dog out she was the same as she had been carrying her and if it bothers me, why isn't it possible that they hadn't done anything to her in such a long time, I asked to speak to the manager (Cynthia) and her solution was to take her on the day of today at 9:30 am and that this service would be free. but I decided not to go as I don't want my dog to be retaliated or perform poorly again. BUT I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO THERE.

Ya llevamos nuestra perrita por un año desde cuando la adoptamos y ellos la hicieron todas vacunas, desparacitaron, hicieron baño medico cuando tuvo garrapatas, nos dieron muchos buenos consejos, alla comprabamos comida cuando la perrita era una cachorra pequeña y enferma del calle. Muy recomendable el servicio. La licenciada es un amor, siempre biene con mucha humanidad y empatía aunque perrita en principio no estaba linda ni olia lindo de su boda, la licenciada nunca senti asco, siempre la abraza y le habla cariñoso. Recomendo mucho, pero aviso que es lugar para un bolsillo fondo. Very good service. Only very expensive.
