K	Katrin Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio un engaño para la gente, a la hora de comprar decia "haga su pedido antes de las 2 pm y le llegara el lunes 24" obviamente una mentira para que uno compre ya que NUNCA llego ese día y solo se excusan con el tema de paquetería como ya menciono otra persona, ahora resulta que llega hasta el 28, perjudicandome completamente ya que tendré que comprar comida en otra parte haciendome gastar doble pues lo que pedí no llego en la fecha que proporcionaba su pagina, y además dicen que si decía, tratandolo a uno de cliente de mentiroso, deje de comprar en otras plataformas por que en esta decía que llegaba el lunes, obviamente tengo muy claro la info que me dio la página y si esta estaba mal es problema de ellos ya que deberían tenerla bien, solo demuestra una gran incompetencia y falta de palabra. Simplemente hubiera preferido otra paquetería más eficiente pero eso ya no depende propiamente de Pet'N'Go It is a virtual store only (online), however I had a good shopping experience. I simply would have preferred another more efficient parcel but that no longer depends on Pet'N'Go.
g	galia suquet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pedí croquetas para mi perro, unos huesotos y comida en lata. Los huesitos nunca llegaron, llevo ya varios mails que mando y nadie me contesta. Prácticamente me estafaron, pagué por un producto que nunca llegó y ahora ya no se hacen responsables. Después de leer otras reseñas y ver que muchos se quejan del producto llegando próximo a caducar, cheque las croquetas y efectivamente llegaron a unos pocos DÍAS de caducar. No los recomiendo y nunca más vuelvo a pedir con ellos. Terrible service. I ordered croquettes for my dog, some bones and canned food. The bones never arrived, I have already sent several emails that I send and no one answers me. They practically scammed me, I paid for a product that never arrived and now they are no longer responsible. After reading other reviews and seeing that many complain about the product reaching its expiration date, check out the kibbles and they did indeed arrive within a few DAYS of expiration. I do not recommend them and I never order with them again.
