★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mi perrita a que la bañaran y le cortaran las uñas, se las cortaron ras cortitas que todas le estaban sangrando, cuando la recogimos dijeron que estaban listas sus uñas y todas cicatrizadas, no dices eso cuando le cortas bien las uñas a un perro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy me han decepcionado enormemente, llame para un baño y corte de mi chaparrito el cual está inválido de sus piernas traseras. Primero me estaban buscando la cita y solo mencione la invalidez y el recepcionista inmediatamente me dijo que no lo podían aceptar. No hay argumento válido para este tipo de discriminación, pensé que eran profesionales y más porque ahí está el veterinario.
Es un perrito muy activo solo que por un accidente que sufrió con su antiguo dueño dejó de caminar y hasta lo quería eutanasiar, nosotros lo rescatamos y vive con nosotros desde hace 2 meses, aquí lo baña mi hija pero ya le hace falta un corte.
Ya llevamos con Uds rato con los baños de mis otros 2 perrijos y todo era felicidad, uffff no saben cómo los recomendé.
Pero hoy los retiro de sus servicios porque donde me acepten a mi otro Niño llevaré a los otros.
No es necesario que respondan a mi comentario, no me interesan sus pretextos. Discriminaron a mi Niño. ?

He is a very active puppy, except that due to an accident he suffered with his former owner, he stopped walking and even wanted to euthanize him. We rescued him and he has been living with us for 2 months. My daughter bathes him here, but he already needs a cut.
We have been with you for a while with the baths of my other 2 dogs and everything was happiness, uffff they do not know how I recommended them.
But today I withdraw them from their services because wherever they accept me, my other Child, I will take the others.
It is not necessary that you respond to my comment, I am not interested in your excuses. They discriminated against my child. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace una semana hable para agendar una cita para un perrito paralitico que acabo de adoptar, llevaba a 2 de mis perros con ellos, me había gustado su profesionalismo, porque se hacia cita y en cuanto estaban hablaban, asi mis chaparros no pasaban más estres del necesario. Estabamos haciendo la cita normal hasta que le comentamos de su discapacidad, nos puso en espera y después nos dijo que no lo podían recibir, pero no dieron explicaciones porque. Los elegimos porque también es veterinaria, y se puede llevar un buen manejo, solo es cuidar que sus piernitas no se trencen o dejar que se azote, cuidando sus huesitos, además de que es un perro pequeño; ni preguntaron, raza, edad, peso… nada. Eso se me hace un tipo de discriminación. Perdieron recomendaciones y 2 clientes frecuentes. Una pena, siempre trataron bien a mi chaparros y más el veterinario. Pero me conviene un lugar que me reciba a mis 3 nenes
