Pet Place - 45915 San Antonio Tlayacapan

So, yesterday I took my sweet little girl into Pet Place to get her a bath and have her nails done. I took her in around 10.00 am, I was told to come back at 1:00 to pick her up. When I went to get her,. I was told that she had a problem and she was not in good shape. I only took her to the Pet Place for a spa day. Not to be told that she had "Hurt Herself " they said she had pulled off one of her nails trying t get out of the cage they put her in . This sweet little girl has been in a lot of dog boxes, with and without me and has, NEVER hurt herself . I only took her in for a bath and trim. And this is the girl I got back. The lady said that they called me a few times to tell me that something went wrong. The first lie. They never asked me for my phone number. The next lie was when they told me that she had done it to herself. So today I took her to another Vet, they said that she had had her toe nails cut wong. And that she would have to be taken care of for a while until she , may or may not grow the nail back. Now, I do understand that things don't always go the way we all hope they should. But if you screw up, just say that you did. Don't make up a story about what happened. If you love your pets as much as I do my little girl, please don't ever take them to the Pet Place.. I have pics of what they did to my little girl.????

The service for our cat was very quick and expedient. The staff and doctor were very kind. We were able to get everything taken care of the same day we called.

I took my cat in because she was starting to be very lethargic and mostly stopped eating. I took her in for testing and found out she had leukemia. They sold me five medications including a daily shot which I administered. When the blood test came back from Guadalajara, it indicated she had a parasite which they sold me another medication for. As I continued to treat her, she become more and more emaciated by not eating and she got to where she couldn't move. By the time I had to put her down, she was almost dead. I wish I hadn't made her suffer even more while stuffing meds down her throat and giving her shots as she continued to waste away, I know that vets are not perfect, but had I put her down before she suffered more and more, I would have felt better about the advice, meds, and treatment if any had helped at all, but none did any good at all and only provided more and prolonged suffering.

They are great with your pets. The staff is kind and knowledgeable.

Great veterinarian and grooming services. Reputable, Knowledgable, Compassionate, Friendly, Patient, Clean, and Organized. Spanish and English speaking, top well-known pet supplies, good location, ample parking. I have great trust for all of my pets care here.

Had my cat neutered and bored for two days. The surgical impact was the least I have ever seen in this type of surgery. No pain meds, no collar, you'd never know he had a surgery. Very impressed.
