★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casualmente su terminal punto de venta no funciona y buscan que se les pague con efectivo. Adicionalmente, se les ha pedido comprobante fiscal (SAT), prometen enviarlo pero no lo hacen.

Mi compañera de trabajo llevo a su perrita y le pegaron no lo reconocieron! Se excusaron en qué se rasco muy fuerte cuando la situación no fue así! Y a parte de todo suspendieron su página de Facebook donde también pusimos que no recomendamos la veterinaria! Que mal habla de ustedes y más que no afronten la situación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He llevado a mi perro a bañar y atenderse aquí por más de 8 años. Jamás he tenido un problema. Quise subir este post porque pues es evidente que hay gente que habla por hablar o porque le pagaron para desprestigiar el lugar y no me parece justo que un buen servicio caiga en en esta trampa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
I have taken my dog bathing and grooming here for over 8 years. I've never had a problem. I wanted to upload this post because it is evident that there are people who speak just to speak or because they were paid to discredit the place and it does not seem fair that a good service falls into this trap. I highly recommend it.

No sólo me resolvió el problema inmediato, sino que me asesoró sobre cómo cambiar los hábitos de mi perro en el mediano plazo, lo que fue incluso más valioso. Es alguien muy accesible, no importa que horas sean te responde por cualquier emergencia, y te asesora sin citarte siempre a consulta, lo que me da más confianza. Siento que es muy profesional. Hemos interactuado mucho y he aprendido mucho de mi perro con sus consejos, es de destacar que mi experiencia con otras veterinarias de la colonia ha sido menos personalizada e incluso indiferente. !Lo recomiendo!

He is someone very accessible, no matter what hours they are, he answers you for any emergency, and advises you without always making an appointment, which gives me more confidence. I feel like it's very professional. We have interacted a lot and I have learned a lot from my dog with his advice, it is noteworthy that my experience with other veterinarians in the colony has been less personalized and even indifferent. !I recommend it!

El veterinario tiene un gran amor hacia los animales y se nota mucho.
Llevé a esterilizar a mis 3 perros con él y les dieron la mejor atención. Todo salió muy bien.
Incluso me ayuda en días fuera de horario de trabajo y si no está disponible, me dice a dónde puedo acudir. Pregunta por ellos para saber cómo siguen y les da el mejor seguimiento.
Cuando mis perros necesitan medicamentos o consultas no suelen ser caros y además te enseñan algunos trucos para mejorar la alimentación, horarios y conducta de tus mascotas :)
Les recomiendo ampliamente este lugar y al veterinario para sus mascotas.

The vet has a great love for animals and it shows a lot.
I had my 3 dogs spayed with him and they were given the best care. Everything went well.
He even helps me on days outside of work hours and if he is not available, he tells me where I can go. Ask for them to know how they are doing and give them the best follow-up.
When my dogs need medications or consultations they are not usually expensive and they also teach you some tricks to improve the diet, schedules and behavior of your pets :)
I highly recommend this place and the vet for your pets.
