Já havia acontecido uma má experiência em outro local, minha cachorrinha ficou tão traumatizada que eu ia colocar a mão na para dela, ela rosnava, de tanto que puxaram para desembolar. Lá no Pet Vida eu fui com medo, mas saí super satisfeita, a minha cachorrinha saiu de lá toda alegre, feliz, e eu colocava a mão onde estava bem embolado, e ela não reagia nada, ficou normal e tranquila. Nota 1.000. Eu tbm como tutora fui bem tratada no local.
