I always recommend asking everything very well and being very specific about what you want, never leave without checking your pet's service, because the first time I went they didn't do the ear cleaning well. So now whenever I go, I have to specify and review it before leaving. Not all swimsuits are committed to their work and it shows from the outside and the truth is that the service is not cheap enough to be. The last time I went was in April 2022, I arrived on time for the appointment and it was super full, after almost an hour I realized that my dog ​​was still in the cage and they still hadn't bathed her and I realized why I'm waiting for her. I enter the establishment and the manager tells me: she's about to leave, they're giving her a bath and I tell her but she's got an hour to go, buy the furminator brushing, which according to it is for half an hour and they didn't give it to her in full. Note: the manager realized that I was bothered by the delay and I realized that I entered the area where they dry and brush them and shortly after they took my dog ​​out.

I recently called to request something on the phone for my dog. They answered the phone and left me waiting for a long time without answering. This is a bad experience and rude to customers. What if it's an emergency? They don't have good customer service.

Last week it happened to me and another client who was the same as me, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated event. I will change my aesthetic because this one no longer fulfilled what they offer.
