Ir a PETCO es lo máximo mi cachorrita es clienta y el personal en general muy atentos y educados, la tienda tiene de todo como en Tlapaleria. Gratcias por existir.

Excelente servicio siempre llevo a mi perrita ahí, el grooming igual super bien, les recomiendo a la chica que se llama miranda, super amable y da buen servicio. Más si tienes una perrita de raza husky.

El servicio ya está demasiado deficiente,cambian muy constantemente de personal,el último baño que lleve a mi perrit se lo dieron en menos de 5 minutos,todavía no salía yo de la tienda cuando a mi perrita ya según la habían bañado,y nunca le hacen el servicio que les pagas y menos te devuelven el dinero

Tuve una mala experiencia, en mi visita los empleados estaban distraídos y no me atendieron rápido. Planeaba comprar 2 collares y al momento de ir a caja me dieron precios mayores a los que estaban exibidos. Lo curioso es que habían cárteles que decían que ofrecían "descuento".

Ill give one star if possible but the place in general is ok, the prices are someway higher than in other places, but the most awful experience was when I took my dog to training classes. We decide a time we were going to take her, but for a problem we had I asked her to change the time and provide her my work schedule, letting her know I was unavailable to take her on certain time, she was not able to give me any availability, which I understood so then I asked for a refund and she told me on training there was no refund, so I told her that if that was the case we will be arriving 10-15 min late, and then she said if that was the case the class will be cancel, unbelievable. We didn't took her to the individual classes for a while but we did send her to the group one, the trainer was doing nothing just to say hi on those and just keep everyone stand up and not giving us any activity or something, once we were able to finally take her to an individual class and it was only for 30-40 minutes, I was really disappointed since I thought it was going to be a full hour but it wasn't like that, and I was expecting that since she was going to cancel the class if we were 10 min late, due to lack of professionalism of the trainer and unfortunately she being the only one at it I lost my time and money , im not sure if she is good or not but professional is not. If you have time to bring your dog for training to this place and accept she will change your schedule without asking you then go ahead, but if its not your case, I suggest you go to another place. Maybe this was a one time case but has made such a bad experience on my end that me and my husband will not go there anymore
