★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petco took 6,000 pesos for my credit card for two dog crates. I received an email from Petco telling me that the dog crates were at this store and then I could go pick them up. So I drove over an hour and arrived to find out that the dog crates were not there. The store manager told me that he would arrange to have them delivered to me, however that never happened either and when I tried to contact him he stopped responding. I did receive my money back but I'll never get the 3 hours back that I wasted going into Leon to pick up dog crates that weren't there because Petco are too stupid to be able to know what they have in inventory. Note to Petco you have plenty of competition you lost me as a customer and I spend a lot of money on my dogs. Up your game losers.
