★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my puppy for grooming. I picked him right after the grooming, and in the car discovered 2 bleeding nails from two different paws. It is very painful for a puppy, and the lady who did the grooming said nothing or tried to stop the bleeding. THE WORSE SERVICE. BEWARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HEARTBREAKING NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! After being a happy and regular customer for two years we struggled to get an appointment made. Suddenly our phone and information no longer existed on their system and when we arrived they would not admit our dogs without health papers presented at EVERY visit. Six weeks ago papers weren't required at their appointment. We have presented them upon our seasonal arrival in the past. A nice young man explained in English that this was always the policy. When we called later to speak to a manager we were told that no one speaks English and hung up the phone on us twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my dog there for haircuts, nails and so on ... they do a great job of grooming my dog. I purchase her food and other things there as well as they have everything including a vet. One stop shopping. Wish they would allow me to tip the groomers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from the States and a friend and I brought our dogs here to be groomed. I had them clip my little dog into a Schnauzer cut and my friends big dog was a wash, groom and nails. They were friendly and did a great job! I was so happy with the clip they did on my dog and my friend said they did the best job he has ever had on his dogs nails. We will definitely go back.
