★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi concepto de Petco es muy alto, he conseguido muchas cosas para mí perrijo y de muy alta calidad.
Me resultó extraño que en ésta sucursal solo hubiera 2 dependientes y veo atención a mi presencia. Solo hasta que llame su atención, uno de ellos me oriento sobre un impermeable; lamentablemente no encontré lo que buscaba y no hubo más que fisgonear.
Son una franquicia excelente, pero la atención es la diferencia entre regresaron pasar al olvido.
My concept of Petco is very high, I have achieved many things for myself and of very high quality.
It seemed strange to me that in this branch there were only 2 dependents and I see attention to my presence. Just until I get their attention, one of them orients me on a raincoat; unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for and there was no more poking around.
They are an excellent franchise, but attention is the difference between returning to oblivion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos q ofrecen son buenos, pero el trato a los amigos peludos muy mal, a nosotros nos maltrataron a nuestro perrito en un servicio de baño que solicitamos.
Ahora a todo mundo le decimos que no se acerquen ahí si aman a sus mascotas.
Muy mal Petco, debería de supervisar el personal q labora con ustedes.
The products they offer are good, but the treatment of furry friends very badly, we mistreated our puppy in a bathroom service that we requested.
Now we tell everyone not to go near there if you love your pets.
Too bad Petco, you should supervise the staff that work with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoy a las 8 de la mañana porque mi perro necesitaba una lata de royal canin gastro intestinal porque se me enfermó, llegué y seguía cerrado y tuve que tocar varias veces para que la señorita se diera cuenta que había alguien afuera. Al preguntarle por este producto me dice que desde noviembre del año pasado no tienen y que no voy a encontrar en ningún Petco, que con suerte en alguna veterinaria. Busque en Petco condesa y me dicen que si tienen y al llegar me encuentro con la sorpresa que tienen un buen de latas de esta marca y no hay el desabasto que ella decía, simplemente me mintió por haber tocado la puerta para que abriera cuando ya era hora de que estuviera abierto. No vuelvo a ir a ese Petco, pésimo servicio al cliente.
I went today at 8 in the morning because my dog needed a can of royal canin gastro intestinal because he got sick, I arrived and it was still closed and I had to knock several times for the lady to realize someone was outside. When I ask him about this product, he tells me that they haven't had it since November of last year and that I won't find it at any Petco, hopefully at a vet. Look at Petco Condesa and they tell me that they do have and when I arrive I am surprised that they have a good number of cans of this brand and there is not the shortage that she said, she simply lied to me for having knocked on the door to open it when it was already time it was open. I will never go to that Petco again, terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to walk down some stairs to arrive to a sub-level where you will find it, because it is located in the parking lot. It´s a small pet store that sells many pet related stuff including cat sand, food, toys and beds, scratching posts, pet carriers, id tags that they engrave for free. There´s also a grooming salon and trainers. When i visited it was not crowded and the employees were helpful, polite and they knew their stuff :), they even recommended a better product for what we were looking for. I saw a bathroom for humans and cleaning supplies in case your pet has an accident.
