★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez está más verde el lugar por las plantaciones recientes que han hecho. La zona de comidas quedó muy bien. Pero hace falta una tienda. En la zona de mascotas es al revés, cada vez más horrible, los chapoteaderos de agua para que naden los perros están muy sucios y en el pasto es un lodazal, las mascotas pueden tomar una infección. Se nota que algunas personas no cuidan a sus mascotas porque hay en algunas zonas escrementos y no los levantan. También la renta de bicicletas eléctricas quedó excelente para pasar un rato.

Hice un pedido desde las 4:00 pm de la tarde del día de ayer y me estuvieron diciendo que ya iba el repartidor y me dieron las 9:00 de la noche y me salieron con que hoy a las 9:30 de la mañana me entregaban y nada informalidad total. Si no pueden o no quieren hacer bien su trabajo mejor no se comprometan a tomar pedidos... Cero recomendables...
Terrible service... I placed an order from 4:00 pm yesterday afternoon and they kept telling me that the delivery man was already there and they gave me 9:00 at night and they told me that today at 9: 30 in the morning they delivered me and nothing total informality. If you can't or don't want to do your job well, don't commit to taking orders... Zero recommendable...

Great Pet Store, you find everything! We have been clients for more than two years and they always take care of us very well, I take my dog to bathe every 3 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que bueno por la gente que la han atendido bien, en mi experiencia que pésimo servicio no solo es ineficiente además sin calidad ni sentido de atención al cliente, mi solución después de la mala experiencia en el área de aseo fue ir e a patio Santa Fe y bueno parece otra franquicia, se nota que al dueño de esa tienda solo le importa el dinero y no sus empleados mucho menos los clientes, Petco debería revisar a quien le da franquicias.
