★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de Grooming: Le cortaron completamente las pestañas a mi perrito. El chico que lo hizo fue muy grosero, no se hizo responsable. Cuando fui a la tienda de regreso me atendió la Gerente muy amable y ella se disculpó por él qué lo hizo pero eso no es suficiente, quién le regresa las pestañas largas a mi perrito? El tiempo. No regreso nunca aunque me dieron cortesía de corte hasta que le crecieran pero decidimos cambiar de lugar porque no se trata de recibir cosas de gratis sino que tengan trato humano hacia ellos.
Grooming Service: My puppy's eyelashes were completely cut. The guy who did it was very rude, he didn't take responsibility. When I went back to the store, the Manager was very kind and she apologized for what she did but that's not enough, who gives my puppy long eyelashes back? Time. I never return although they gave me courtesy until they grew up but we decided to change places because it is not about receiving things for free but that they have humane treatment towards them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable, en grooming tratan bien a los perritos y si le saben al chipotle :D al ser express solo tienen cosas para perro y gato.
The staff is very friendly, in grooming they treat the puppies well and if they taste like chipotle :D being an express they only have things for dogs and cats.
