★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompañe a mi madre a realizar un trámite para lo de su pensión, yo sé que estamos en pandemia pero que tengan de pie a la gente adulta afuera es una grosería y más que ni un baño para sus necesidades y es feo no poder darles esas garantías a ese personal que ya trabajo que ya se ganó el derecho a su pensión.
Se que la gente adulta a veces no entiende a la primera pero saben todos vamos para allá y es algo que no podemos evitar.
I accompanied my mother to carry out a procedure for her pension, I know that we are in a pandemic but having adult people standing outside is rude and more than not even a bathroom for their needs and it is ugly not to be able to give them those guarantees to those personnel who already work who have already earned the right to their pension.
I know that adult people sometimes do not understand the first time but they know we are all going there and it is something that we cannot avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo tienen a uno parado horas, la tarjeta no es respetada por comercios, lineas de transporte y hasta del mismo gobierno no te hacen el descuento, Es una lastima que vaya uno con la esperanza de un beneficio y este se vea frustrado.
They keep you standing for hours, the card is not respected by businesses, transport lines and even the government itself they do not give you the discount, It is a shame that one goes hoping for a benefit and this is frustrated.
