★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. Se les olvidó recoger a mi perro y llevo horas esperando a que llegue mi perro para cremarlo. Si quieres un lugar para cremar a su mascota y quieren que sea especial no lo traigan aquí pésimo, en lugar de hacerlo especial lo hacen tedioso y molesto
Terrible service and attention. They forgot to pick up my dog and I've been waiting hours for my dog to arrive to cremate it. If you want a place to cremate your pet and want it to be special, don't bring it here lousy, instead of making it special they make it tedious and annoying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo atención y cero profesionales. Hoy lleve a mi perro a cremar y no la pasaron a recoger a la clinica donde tuve que dormir a mi perro y me la mandaron en un Uber en una caja usada. Yo no pague un servicio para que me la mandaran en una caja de carton usada a sus instalaciones.
Terrible attention and zero professionals. Today I took my dog to be cremated and they did not pick her up at the clinic where I had to sleep my dog and they sent her to me in an Uber in a used box. I did not pay a service to have it shipped to me in a used cardboard box at your facility.
