★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio; llevé mi vehículo para servicio mayor (afinación y cambio de aceite) y terminé pagando casi $14,000.00. Lo peor fue que ni siquiera lavaron el motor y la persona que atiende puso cualquier clase de trabas para hacerlo aún cuando debieron haberlo hecho desde el principio. La excusa: “se nos olvidó”. Al,final nunca lo,hicieron, aunque ya estaba pagado. Nada recomendable.
Terrible service; I took my vehicle for major service (tune-up and oil change) and ended up paying almost $ 14,000.00. The worst thing was that they did not even wash the engine and the person who attends put any kind of obstacles to do it even though they should have done it from the beginning. The excuse: "we forgot." In the end they never did, even though it was already paid for. Nothing recommendable.
