Me mandaron placa negra no dorada... el mechón en bolsa plastificada con listón.
Todo lo demás esta bien.
They send you photos of the urns, sack, plate and certificate and a little box where your pet's lock of hair comes from.
They sent me a black plate, not gold... the lock in a plastic bag with a ribbon.
Everything else is fine.
