★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me siento muy decepcionada del servicio de sucursal. Hoy me agendaron para 4:30 pm y habían puesto tres servicios antes que el mío. Mi perrita iba a estar en una jaula, con este calor, por dos horas!!!
No entiendo para que dan citas si no las van a respetar.
La señorita Valeria y el estilista Sergio no saben tratar al cliente para nada.
I am very disappointed in the branch service. Today they scheduled me for 4:30 pm and they had put three services before mine. My dog was going to be in a cage, in this heat, for two hours!
I do not understand why they give appointments if they are not going to respect them.
Miss Valeria and the stylist Sergio do not know how to treat the client at all.
