Los que atienden son super amables, en todo momento me mandaron fotos y videos de mis peques sin duda el mejor lugar! Al igual increíble el SPA cada 15 días llevo a mis peques y super felices.
 Incredible place to leave my children, they love to go and play they always receive them super happy. Those who attend are super friendly, at all times they sent me photos and videos of my little ones without a doubt the best place! Just as incredible, the SPA every 15 days I take my little ones and they are super happy.

Highly recommended, my 3 puppies have stayed at the hotel, when we receive them they are very happy, clean and want to return to Manuel, I get jealous.

Me da mucho gusto que cuando ven a Manuel se emocionan y lo saludan con mucho cariño, eso habla de lo bien que se sienten con él. Cuando los recojo, le pido a Manuel que les den el tratamiento de SPA completo, entonces ya los recibo bañados y todo lo demás. Manuel es muy amable y profesional, toma nota de los hábitos alimenticios de mis perritos y así los atienden, y tiene mucha consideración al carácter y necesidades de cada uno.
¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

I have been able to leave my puppies there and go to my trips and events very calmly. I am very pleased that when they see Manuel they get excited and greet him with great affection, that speaks of how good they feel with him. When I pick them up, I ask Manuel to give them the full SPA treatment, then I already receive them bathed and everything else. Manuel is very kind and professional, he takes note of the eating habits of my puppies and thus they attend to them, and he has a lot of consideration for the character and needs of each one.
I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar y sobre todo la atención me parecieron excelentes, la persona es muy amable y el trato con mis mascotas muy bien,. Lo único que no me agrada es que tardan mucho en responder mensajes o en ocasiones no responden y eso ocasiona problemas a la hora de tener que dejarlos. Sugiero sean más atentos y en caso de que no cuenten con disponibilidad, nos lo hagan saber. Únicamente por ese motivo les pongo 4 estrellas.
The place and above all the attention seemed excellent to me, the person is very kind and he treats my pets very well. The only thing I don't like is that they take a long time to respond to messages or sometimes they don't respond and that causes problems when leaving them. I suggest you be more attentive and in case you do not have availability, let us know. For that reason alone I give them 4 stars.
