★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor Santillan no tiene idea de lo que hace, pésimo en cuidados post-operatorios, y sus internos son muy malos. Desafortunadamente hay falta de supervisión por parte del doctor lo cual ocasiona que el servicio post operatorio, consultas y seguimiento en general sea mediocre.
En general, recomiendan mucho a este doctor, pero creo que ya solo vive de la fama. Mi experiencia fue muy mala y lo sigue siendo.
Llevo 4 meses con una mascota que no puede sanar de una operación por negligencia. Definitivamente no recomendaría para nada esta clínica. Mi percepción es que al doctor le gusta MUCHO el dinero y busca como seguir teniendo cautivo al paciente para seguir cobrando, claro... a costa del bienestar del animal.
El caso de mi mascota pudo terminar en una amputación de una extremidad pero ya lo estoy atendiendo con alguien más.
Dr. Santillan has no idea what he's doing, lousy in post-operative care, and his interns are very bad. Unfortunately there is a lack of supervision by the doctor which causes the post-operative service, consultations and follow-up in general to be mediocre.
In general, they recommend this doctor a lot, but I think he only lives on fame. My experience was very bad and still is.
I have been with a pet for 4 months that cannot heal from a negligent operation. I would definitely not recommend this clinic at all. My perception is that the doctor likes money a LOT and seeks to keep the patient captive to continue charging, of course ... at the expense of the animal's welfare.
My pet's case could have ended in a limb amputation but I am already treating him with someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente servicio. Muy certeros en sus diagnósticos. A dos de mis perritas les han hecho cirugía por diferentes casos (por un tumor y a otra para acomodarle un huesito porque solo caminaba con 3 patas) y a ambas las han tratado muy bien.
An excellent service. Very accurate in their diagnoses. Two of my dogs have had surgery for different cases (for a tumor and another to accommodate a small bone because it only walked on 3 legs) and both have been treated very well.
