★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para aplicar vacunas a mi gato y no estaba la doctora, estaba una joven que dijo que la doctora regresaba en 40 minutos, cuando pregunté por precios me dijo que no tenía idea, que tenía que esperar a la doctora. No era una emergencia pero al menos que tengan un cartel con los precios de sus servicios y atiendan en el supuesto horario de atención. Finalmente decidí ir a otra veterinaria donde inmediatamente me atendieron.
I went to apply vaccines to my cat and the doctor was not there, there was a young woman who said that the doctor returned in 40 minutes, when I asked for prices she told me she had no idea, that she had to wait for the doctor. It was not an emergency but at least they have a sign with the prices of their services and attend in the supposed hours of attention. Finally I decided to go to another veterinary where they immediately treated me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron cita para el miércoles 11.30 am, un día antes llamé para confirmar la cita y no me contestaron, asumí que era por el horario, tenían mis datos y número telefónico, llegué a la cita y estaba cerrado. Ni una llamada para avisar.
They gave me an appointment for Wednesday at 11:30 am, the day before I called to confirm the appointment and they did not answer me, I assumed it was because of the schedule, they had my data and phone number, I arrived at the appointment and it was closed. Not a call to notify.
