Se les hacen observaciones sobre algunos aspectos del baño de mascotas y no las toman en cuenta.
Siempre hay mucha gente en la tienda (no clientes, sino conocidos de quien se encarga) y eso dificulta la movilidad y atención
In general, they have a good assortment of things for pets, however, I think that customer service is lacking.
Comments are made to them about some aspects of pet bathing and they are not taken into account.
There are always a lot of people in the store (not customers, but acquaintances of the person in charge) and that makes mobility and attention difficult
