I can say that it is the best hotel for our furry in Puebla! A very personalized care, it is as if they were at home. Miss Julieta is very kind and very confident. As it says on the page, they do not perform aesthetics but the bathrooms are very complete. Super recommended !! Lo recomiendo ampliamente. En mi próximo viaje Pets Bnb será mi opción de nuevo!
