Muy desilucionada. I had a bad experience at the Second time you hire the Service, I gave the data of my dog 3 times by WhatsApp and the man who attended her did not know what her name was saying that he did not get that information, they did not want to attend because they took the highest truck and did not go through the main entrance I could enter, delay in attention and they did not give me the Kit of teeth that said in the promotion. SU ARGUMENTO FUE QUE TARDABAN DE 5 A 7 DÍAS HÁBILES, SOLAMENTE PARA ASIGNAR EL SERVICIO Y VER SI PODÍAN REALIZARLO, ESTO, A PESAR DE QUE EL SERVICIO YA ESTABA PAGADO; SIN EMBARGO, EN SU PÁGINA WEB NO DICE NADA SOBRE ESTA SUPUESTA POLÍTICA DE QUE TARDAN TODA UNA SEMANA PARA VER SI PUEDEN HACER UN SERVICIO QUE YA PAGASTE. NO CONTRATEN SERVICIOS EN ESTA EMPRESA, ES UN FRAUDE AWFUL AT EVERYTHING A WHOLE WEEK TO SEE IF PETZER CAN PERFORM A SERVICE AND THEY GIVE YOU LONG AND LONG, THEY DO NOT COMMIT TO ANYTHING, I HAD TO PURSUIT THEM FOR A WHOLE WEEK TO SEE MY ORDER AND WITHOUT A RESPONSE OF A DATE AND TIME, PRETEXTS AND EXCUSES WHOLESALE, ARGUING THAT THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME A DATE AND TIME BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHEN AND THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEIR ARGUMENT WAS THAT IT TOOK 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS JUST TO ASSIGN THE SERVICE AND SEE IF THEY COULD PERFORM IT, EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE WAS ALREADY PAID; HOWEVER, THEIR WEB PAGE DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SUPPOSED POLICY THAT THEY TAKE A WHOLE WEEK TO SEE IF THEY CAN DO A SERVICE THAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. DO NOT CONTRACT SERVICES IN THIS COMPANY, IT IS A FRAUD
