I really love my truck, but I am very disappointed with the SERVICE in Puerto Vallarta. This lousy. For that alone I will not buy a Peugeot again.

Es mi vehículo de trabajo ya tiene 1 semana ahí y no saben dar solución

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo manejo de la franquicia por parte d ellos dueños y gerente de la marca les he comprado 3 vehículos y aun así siguen sintiéndose los dueños del mundo los flosol cuando estaba Vianca P el servicio de ventas execelente se fue y el nuevo gerente es un inepto no te dan prioridad por cliente que ya a comprado 3 autos y el servicio pésimo lleve mi camión manager a servicio y me quisieron ver la cara de los 6 litros que lleva el camión me pusieron 4 y en el taller todos se echaban la bolita como que tienen sus tranzas entre refacciones y taller ojo cuando compras un carro financiado no des tu entre porque asta que no te aprueben el crédito y lo más importante si el banco no les apagado la diferencia no te van a soltar el carro aunque el crédito esté aprobado un manejo de gestiones nefastas Tony el vendedor muy atento y servicial lástima de los dueños y cuerpo directivo son una bola de prepotentes y sin consideración por haver ya comprado varios vehículos de la marca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vehículos son buenos pero realmente tienen que trabajar en el servicio al cliente, fui a comprar una camioneta 2008 y literal no quisieron vender mela, aunque se que trabajan por comisión no entendí la lógica del vendedor porque me puso trabas para comprarla de lo más absurdo, la IVA a comprar de contado y me quería cobrar comisión por apertura y me decía que no tenía cuando tenían una en venta en la agencia, termine por ir a la susuki y comprar una camioneta Vitara

Really disappointing lack of service while TRYING to buy a car 3 weeks it’s been going on. Tried to test drive the model on display, they told us no! Left a deposit, they deposited it in a wrong account, we returned to give a check deposit, we were told the cashier isn’t here,come back later ? told us the SUV is here then when we got there we couldn’t see it??♂️ ( I’m guessing they sold it) and now another two weeks go by. Ridiculous !
And they still have not returned the deposit, or produced the vehicle
