★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no los recomiendo, al principio se portan muy amables para venderte la licencia, pero en cuanto tienes alguna duda o tu sistema tiene un problema te quieren vender la póliza de soporte, se comprende que parte de su negocio es el soporte pero existen errores o fallas en el programa que desde la configuración inicial ellos deben explicarte y resolverte o al menos advertirte que tendrás que desembolsar posteriormente más dinero en su soporte, pero eso no existe con estos señores, todos los distribuidores de cualquier programa o paquete contable te explican los costos de la licencia y si incluye la instalación y dudas iniciales, te dejan el manual de usuario y si tienes alguna problema posterior ya tu elijes si contratas la póliza de soporte, pero esta gente no lo hace, afortunadamente casi todos los problemas de los programas de contpaq están resueltos en Youtube o en foros de ayuda, que con conocimientos básicos en sistemas los puedes resolver, no contraten con estos señores y en cuanto termine su licencia busquen otro distribuidor más serio.
I definitely do not recommend them, at first they are very kind to sell you the license, but as soon as you have any questions or your system has a problem they want to sell you the support policy, it is understood that part of their business is support but there are errors or faults in the program that from the initial configuration they must explain and solve or at least warn you that you will have to spend more money later on their support, but that does not exist with these gentlemen, all the distributors of any program or accounting package explain the costs of the license and if it includes the installation and initial doubts, they leave you the user manual and if you have any further problems, you choose whether to contract the support policy, but these people do not, fortunately almost all the problems of the programs of contpaq are resolved on YouTube or in help forums, which with basic knowledge of systems you can solve, do not contract with these men res and as soon as your license ends, look for another more serious distributor.

Contamos con los ]Sistemas Contpaq i Contabilidad, Contpaq i We have been with the supplier PEYSA Consultores for more than ten years and their service resolves us. We have the Contpaq i Accounting, Contpaq i Payroll and Contpaq i Start commercial systems. Ms. Parra is an expert in Contpaq and payroll and in the accounting system and they have always resolved our needs. From Contpaq i Comercial Start Jose Luis Lopez is an expert. I use the payroll system since I belong to the Human Resources area and if I give my recommendation to PEYSA Consultores.
