★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, aunque cruzamos toda la ciudad y al llegar a la dirección que figura en Google era una casa de familia y no atendió nadie aunque faltaba 1 hora para el cierre que indicaba en Google. Terminamos comprando por mercado libre y nos mandaron a domicilio.
Good service, although we crossed the whole city and when arriving at the address that appears in Google it was a family house and nobody attended although there was 1 hour left for the closing that indicated in Google. We ended up buying by free market and they sent us at home.

Pedí un libro un jueves para su envío en la misma ciudad de mty y deposité de inmediato incluyendo el costo del envío.
Me dijeron que llegaba al día siguiente y que me enviarían numero de guía.
Ni una cosa ni la otra, no me avisaron ni la razón ni el hecho de que no se haya enviado y se atravéso el fin de semana.
Hasta el lunes que pregunté si se había enviado me dijeron que no porque el que tenían estaba dañado, y tmb pregunté pq no me habían avisado, a lo que me dijeron que ya lo iban a enviar.
Solicité la devolución de mi dinero. Es miércoles de la siguiente semana y sigo esperando la devolución.
No los recomiendo.
Bad experience.
I ordered a book on a Thursday for shipment in the same city of mty and deposited immediately including the cost of shipping.
They told me that I would arrive the next day and that they would send me a guide number.
Neither one thing nor the other, they did not notify me of the reason or the fact that it has not been sent and it went through the weekend.
Until Monday when I asked if it had been sent they told me no because the one they had was damaged, and I also asked why they had not notified me, to which they told me that they were going to send it.
I requested my money back. It's Wednesday of the following week and I'm still waiting for the return.
I do not recommend them.
