★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia horrible con esta oficina. Fuí robado en el aeropuerto y le hablo a un poli luego luego. En vez de ayudar tratan la situacion al inicio como so fuera mentira. Tenía la impresión que la policia existe para ayudar y protegernos, despues de esta experiencia creo que estaba equivocado
I had a horrible experience with this office. I was robbed at the airport and I talk to a cop then later. Instead of helping, they treat the situation at the beginning as if it were a lie. I had the impression that the police exist to help and protect us, after this experience I think I was wrong
