★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO LUGAR, tardan siglos que en atender, cuando cambian de secretaria ninguna dice que caso continúa y te quedas esperando mucho tiempo para nada porque tienen que volver a revisar tu caso, para después te atienda un agente del ministerio y te trate mal solamente por ser joven, no tener idea de que es un acta o como levantarla.

Muchas felicidades al todas las áreas involucradas, desde el el lic. Que te atiende en el módulo de atención Oportuno MAO, quien toma tus datos con claridad para ingresar a la siguiente área.
No tardé más de 10 minutos cuando me llaman a las oficinas para dar fe de los hechos. Y de manera muy profesional el Lic. me entregó mi denuncia y clave para darle seguimiento.
Y la última oficina la cuál daría seguimiento a mi caso de igual manera muy correcta.
A todos muchas gracias por su atención esperando sigan así y mejorando en cada momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve buena atención por parte de las recepcionistas y el MP. El tiempo de espera fue mucho como en todo este tipo de lugares, como recomendación deben de agilizar y ser menos burócratas. Las instalaciones terribles, sucias y no hay agua en los baños.
I had good attention from the receptionists and the MP. The waiting time was much like in all these types of places, as a recommendation they should speed up and be less bureaucratic. The facilities are terrible, dirty and there is no water in the bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es el lugar más ameno, hay cientos de letreros y comunicados en la recepción, desde el "traiga su pluma" hasta el "no funciona el baño porque no hay agua". Piden muchas veces tus datos, sé paciente y verfiica que todo esté correctamente escrito. La atención no fue la mejor, pero fue cordial. Creo que hacen un trabajo con los pocos recursos. Tomaron mi denuncia y tomaron mis sospechas como ciertas, eso se agradece. Hoy domingo tarde menos de una hora para terminar mi denuncia.
