★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empleada de la sucursal de la carretera 57 nunca quiere dar muestras de algún producto cuando uno realiza una compra, con esta actitud difícilmente se pueden conocer más productos. Ojalá que la dueña tome cartas en el asunto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención que he recibido vía telefónica, hoy hice 3 llamadas a la sucursal walmart 57 y la señora que contesta solo “contestaba” el teléfono para que dejara de estarle sonando, me tenía en la línea sin siquiera contestar como tal mi llamada, solo escuchaba que estaba atendiendo a alguien en la tienda y ella ni por educación me contestaba pidiéndome que la esperara o algo, solo me tenía colgada en la línea y yo “buenooo, buenooo” y nada que me atendiera. Colgué pensando que se había equivocado y así en mis 3 llamadas.
Para qué tienen teléfonos si no van a contestar, solo descuelgan el teléfono para que no los interrumpa el sonido cuando uno les marca.
Ojalá los propietarios de dicha franquicia tengan cuidado con el personal que contratan, porque evidentemente no quieren trabajar!
Terminé llamando a la sucursal Tangamanga donde a la primera llamada sí me atendieron!
The worst service I have received by phone, today I made 3 calls to the walmart 57 branch and the lady who answered only "answered" the phone so that it would stop ringing, she had me on the line without even answering my call as such, just I heard that I was serving someone in the store and she didn't answer me out of politeness asking me to wait for her or something, she just had me hanging on the line and I "well, well" and nothing to attend to me. I hung up thinking that he had made a mistake and so on my 3 calls.
Why do they have telephones if they are not going to answer, they only pick up the phone so that the sound does not interrupt them when one dials them.
Hopefully the owners of this franchise are careful with the staff they hire, because they obviously do not want to work!
I ended up calling the Tangamanga branch where they answered me on the first call!
