Me hicieron regresar 4 veces por el mismo producto, me decían que se les había acabado pero que iban a pedir más. La ultima vez me hablaron para decirme que ya había llegado, llegué a las 2 horas y me dijeron que ya no tenían. Lo peor es que me dijeron que al día siguiente me lo entregaban en mi domicilio así que lo pague y tuve que marcarles a los 2 días porque ni lo llevaron ni me avisaron. Cuando llamé me dijeron que no tenían quien lo llevará así que pedí que me regresaran mi dinero. 4 idas, y 2 semanas perdidas, además de pasar varios corajes.

Al momento que quieres hacer un cambio su respuesta automática de la dueña del lugar es no existen, revisa tu ticket con la leyenda “no hay cambios ni devoluciones”. Además, me argumentó que el producto no estaba sellado como debía, cuando así me lo vendieron ellos (producto alterado). Los comentarios positivos en su página de Facebook, en su mayoría, son de empleados y familiares (me di cuenta a raíz de esta situación). Mi recomendación es simplemente busca otra opción para tus compras.
