Su función como empleados es brindar una atención adecuada y solucionar los problemas, porque para eso son contratados, pero eso de negar el producto y mandar al cliente a ver como le hace si es que quiere el medicamento esta super mal,y todavía molestarse y hacerte jetas!!! ??
Terrible customer service, 3 times today they deny me the product for not having change. My question is: will the owner or manager be aware of these events?
Their function as employees is to provide adequate care and solve problems, because that is why they are hired, but denying the product and sending the client to see how they do if they want the drug is super bad, and still bother and make you jetas !!! ??
