Muy mala administración por parte de los jefes
Todo lo quieren rápido y el producto por lo mismo se produce con una mala calidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad, no tienen muy buen ambiente laboral, y no dan mucha oportunidad al personal de nuevo ingreso por lo que hay mucha rotación de personal, ojalá mejore, pues me hubiera gustado experimentar más ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo ambiente de trabajo, fallas por todos lados.. en las diversas areas en especial ACONDICIONAMIENTO y AMPOLLETAS (producción).
es lamentable la constante aparición de particula dentro del producto, la falta de capacitación del personal auxiliar, encargadas, y supervisores y el debido mantenimiento de las máquinas por parte del personal de mantenimiento.
ojala y los dueños visitaran el lugar sin previo aviso, y solo llegaran asi sin avisar.. para que vean lo que realmente es este lugar.
y lamentablemente que VITALIS desconozca a fondo los procesos que ae se llevan, sin cumplir como debería ser con los PNO S
Terrible work environment, failures everywhere .. in the various areas, especially CONDITIONING and AMPOLLETS (production).
It is unfortunate the constant appearance of particle within the product, the lack of training of auxiliary personnel, managers, and supervisors and the proper maintenance of the machines by maintenance personnel.
Hopefully, the owners will visit the place without prior notice, and will only arrive like this without warning ... so they can see what this place really is.
and unfortunately VITALIS is completely unaware of the processes that are carried out, without complying as it should be with the PNO S
