★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tengo 1 cámara que no sirve y no me dan solución, por error no colgaron la llamada y escuché como se burlaban y que ya era mi problema. No contraten con ellos, su pretexto es que subcontratan, eso deberían de decir desde un inicio, que no se van a hacer responsables y la Señorita Karla Aponte nada más se viene a dormir a las instalaciones cuando supuestamente tendría que solucionar el problema ya que es de calidad.
Terrible service, I have 1 camera that does not work and they do not give me a solution, by mistake they did not hang up the call and I heard how they made fun of it and that it was already my problem. Do not contract with them, their pretext is that they subcontract, that should be said from the beginning, that they are not going to be responsible and Miss Karla Aponte just comes to sleep at the facilities when supposedly she would have to solve the problem since it is quality.
