★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se que esta pasando con los benson & hedges mentolados crystal blue en monterrey,nl, el tabaco esta seco y amargo, como viejo, ya no vienen mentolados y la mayoria ya nisiquiera le ponen la bolita para tronarla, estan bajando muchoooo su calidad, y no salen baratos como para que nos den un producto con tabaco viejo y sin metol que se supone vienen mentolados y aparte sin la bolita para hacerlos mas mentolados, has de cuenta que compraste los dorados y saben horrible, deberian de poner atencion a la calidad de su producto
I don't know what is happening with the crystal blue menthol benson & hedges in Monterrey, nl, the tobacco is dry and bitter, like old, they are no longer mentholated and most of them do not even put the ball to thunder it, they are lowering its quality, and they do not come cheap so that they give us a product with old tobacco and without metol that is supposed to be menthol and apart without the ball to make them more menthol, you have to know that you bought the gold and they taste horrible, they should pay attention to the quality of your product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena que tengan Distribuí tan viciados cómo Cristlizz donde solo algunos se benefician con los llamados combos, soy empleado de la empresa y ya me cansé de alzar la voz y nadie haga nada Ni RH ni dirección general. Ojalá puedan revisar y regularizar ese tema que no permite el correcto avance de la marca.
It is a pity that they have Distributed as flawed as Cristlizz where only some benefit from the so-called combos, I am an employee of the company and I am tired of raising my voice and nobody does anything Neither HR nor general management. Hopefully they can review and regularize that issue that does not allow the correct advancement of the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajar para empresa Draco SA quien lleva sus promociones, nunca me emitieron factura a mi correo, y me hicieron firmar un documento donde el ISR sobrepasaba por mucho más del 40% era ISR y cómo me opuse no me querían pagar, me tuvieron esperando, yo no se quien lleve la cuenta y sus cuentas pero está pésimo eso.
Working for the company Draco SA who runs their promotions, they never issued me an invoice to my email, and they made me sign a document where the ISR exceeded by much more than 40% it was ISR and how I opposed they did not want to pay me, they kept me waiting, I I don't know who takes the account and their accounts but that is lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed. I did their survey to get the 5 free cartons of Marlboro cigarettes but have received nothing to be able to get the cigarettes. I called marlMarl customer service 3 times only to be hung up on. Not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been buying " Marlboro Black 100's " For MANY YEARS and now with the new rewards program the cig its self has changed an Does NOT taste like they did for 15+ years and the filter is also different. But, The packs WITHOUT the rewards labels ( Not very many left ) are the ORIGINAL that I prefer.
