★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO!!! No vuelvo a comprar esa marca. PHILIPS son los únicos que no pasan por el producto si llega a fallar dentro de la garantía del primer año. a diferencia de SAMSUNG, SONY Y LG. Ellos pasan y te lo reparan en tu domicilio. Así sea el panel o las bocinas o alguna tarjeta Interna. ellos lo solicitan y te lo cambian en tu propia casa. Es Un mundo de diferencia, Yo solo tuve que llevar la pantalla de 65" 4K y la tuve que dejar, porque se envía al DF para que le cambien el panel..... WHATTTT!!! Que no es más fácil que mejor manden el panel y lo cambien en el domicilio del cliente. Si de por si, es frustrante que falle la pantalla y todavía tiene uno que llevar ese tamaño tan GRANDE de 65" que no cabía en mi carro con todo y la caja la lleve.
LA MARCA PHILIPS ESTA A AÑOS LUZ DE DISTANCIA POR DAR EL SERVICIO QUE DAN LAS MEJORES MARCAS A SUS CLIENTES!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I do not buy that brand again. PHILIPS are the only ones that do not go through the product if it fails within the first year warranty. unlike SAMSUNG, SONY AND LG. They pass by and repair it at your home. So be the panel or the speakers or some Internal card. they request it and they change it in your own home. It is a world of difference, I only had to take the screen of 65 "4K and I had to leave it, because it is sent to the DF to change the panel ..... WHATTTT !!! That is not easier than better send the panel and change it in the client's home, if in itself, it is frustrating that the screen fails and one still has to carry that big size of 65 "that would not fit in my car with everything and the box will carry it.
THE BRAND PHILIPS IS A YEARS LIGHT DISTANCE TO GIVE THE SERVICE THAT GIVES THE BEST BRANDS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!
